Shipping
We offer online ordering and shipping in the United States. To order our products for delivery outside the United States, please contact us (360-755-2299, info@pumpkinpatchpals.com).
Standard shipping is FedEx Ground or 2nd-Day. Rates are based on actual FedEx charges to us.
To determine your shipping costs, just add products to your cart and proceed to the billing/shipping address page. Once you have provided your shipping address and the type of shipping you prefer (Ground or 2nd-Day), proceed to the next page to see your order total. You have not yet been charged, and you can still modify your order or shipping preferences by using the “back” button on your browser.
Returns
All sales are final. We do, however, guarantee quality. If for some reason your product arrives damaged, please call within us within 48 hours after your shipment has arrived and we will immediately reship the product to you.
Sales Tax
We charge Washington State sales tax for orders shipped within Washington State.
