1) Shipping
We currently allow online ordering and shipping for the United States. To
order our products for delivery outside the United States, please contact
us.
Our standard shipping is by UPS Ground, but we offer a 2nd-Day option. The
rates are based on actual UPS charges to us.
To determine your shipping costs, please add products to your cart, and
proceed to the billing/shipping address page. Once you have provided your
shipping address and the type of shipping you prefer (Ground or 2nd-Day),
proceed to the next stage, where you can see your order total. You have not
been charged, and you can modify your order or shipping preferences by using
the "back" button on your browser and making any desired changes.
2) Returns
All sales are final. We do, however, guarantee our quality. If for some
reason your product arrives damaged, please call us and we will reship the
product out to you.
3) Sales Tax
We charge 7.8% sales tax for orders with delivery in Washington State.
